Notes - Minneapolis (LRT):
Historic data (1920, 1943 and 1946) pertain to town tramway ("streetcar") system operated by Twin City Rapid Transit Company (TCRT; "Twin City Lines") in Minneapolis and St. Paul. System length at 1920 includes "interurban" divisions to Lake Minnetonka and Stillwater, and the town tramway system in Stillwater.
The initial segment of the Hiawatha Line was opened on June 26, 2004. Traffic density statistic for 2004 scaled up to annual rate.
The line provides 24-hour service between the two stations at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport: Lindbergh Terminal and Humphrey Terminal. No fare is charged for travel between the two airport stations.
